Newest Issue of American Racehorse Now Online

americanracehorseseptoct14The September/October issue issue of American Racehorse (formerly Southern Racehorse) magazine is now available online by clicking here. The printed magazine is being mailed to all members of the Texas Thoroughbred Association and Thoroughbred Racing Association of Oklahoma, as well as the Alabama HBPA, Arkansas Thoroughbred Breeders’ and Horsemen’s Association, Colorado Thoroughbred Breeders Association, Georgia Horse Racing Coalition, North Carolina Thoroughbred Association, South Carolina Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association and more than 1,2000 horsemen in Louisiana.

This issue of American Racehorse has a variety of articles including a Q&A about how to stand a stallion, a look at Oklahoma trainer Tara Sanders’ double victory with two breeds, how the Retired Racehorse Project is trying to increase demand for Thoroughbreds off the track, an excerpt of a recent biography about Hall of Fame trainer Jack Van Berg and a profile of top Colorado-bred Get Happy Mister.
