Equine Sales Announces Catalog of 174 for Consignor Select Yearling Sale

Equine Sales Company will hold its Consignor Select Yearling Sale in the company’s sales pavilion on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, and 174 yearlings have been catalogued. The sale will begin at 10:00 a.m. There will be a cocktail reception the evening before in the company’s sales pavilion.

“This is a very strong catalog; one that should be respected throughout the country,” said Sales Director Foster Bridewell. “Approximately one-third of our offerings are by Kentucky stallions. You will also see the progeny of many of the top stallions in the state and region as well. There are a large number of stakes-winning and producing mares to complement these sires.”

Among the many sires represented in the sale are:  Bellamy Road; Big Brown; Corinthian;  Discreetly Mine; Eskendereya; Flatter; Flower Alley; Forestry; Freud; Fusaichi Pegasus; Giacomo; Latent Heat; Mineshaft; Munnings; Pleasantly Perfect; Pollard’s Vision; Pure Prize; Quiet American; Sightseeing; Stephen Got Even; Successful Appeal; Temple City; Tiz Wonderful; and, U S Ranger.

Pinhookers had tremendous success with yearlings purchased out of the Inaugural Sale consigning in a variety of 2-year-old in training sales with horses by a variety of stallions, including regional sires. The end users have been treated well also. There are a few Equine Sales graduates in the DS “Shine” Young Futurity with a big chance.

The sale will be held in a state of the art sales pavilion with newly constructed barns directly behind the pavilion. The catalog is now available at www.equinesalesofla.com and will also be available on the iPad via equineline.com.
