Texas Horsemen’s Partnership to Take Legal Action in Fight for Historical Racing

thp logoToday the Texas Horsemen’s Partnership boards individually and unanimously voted to take legal action that will be filed in the upcoming weeks regarding historical racing.  It is perfectly clear the effects that recent actions have had on the Texas horsemen, Texas agricultural community, and our extended racing community, both in and out of state, who would normally be active in bringing our products to market and making positive contributions to the Texas economy.

With this announcement, the THP would like to ask all interested individuals and parties who would like to contribute to the THP Legal Fund to begin doing so as soon as possible. We are very near the end of the year and know you would want to know as soon as is possible. Please share this information with your friends and business associates. THP will be posting updates as they come up.

Thank you on behalf of the Texas horsemen and women. Our lives have all come together as never before in this time and we all need each other in this unified effort in defense of our families, industry, and futures.

  1. Why not redevelop the OTB/account wagering platform? I can’t believe my Texas friends can’t bet on tracks on their mobile devices, a key element to reach the 25-34 age bracket.
